Making Change in Your Community
Changemaker’s Toolkit: a planning resource for local leaders.
–This toolkit was created as part of the SURP Masters program.
–This toolkit was created as part of the SURP Masters program.
This interactive toolkit was built as part of a Ryerson School of Urban and Regional Planning Graduate Studio project. The team sought to design a curriculum and learning materials to support communities seeking to engage in community planning processes. It provides foundational knowledge with the goal of making the community planning process more accessible and engaging. Although this was designed with a broad audience in mind, aspects were catered for and designed in partnership with the client, the Yellowknives Dene First Nation (YKDFN) in the Northwest Territories. This project was overseen and supported by the Together Design Lab.
